These two valleys make up a wide and diverse scenario for the practice of canyoning. The proximity between both regions facilitates that in just 50 minutes you can link the farthest descents of each one, offering very good options to enjoy beautiful mountain descents between the biggest mountains of Western Pyrenees.
In Valle de Tena there are two beautiful descents to start with some intensity, as well as some good options to enjoy the Pyrenean adventure canyoning. While the descents of the Ossau Valley are intended for those seeking greater doses of difficulty, emotion and commitment; Bitet Inferior and Soussouéou stand out both for their marked aquatic character, and for being two indispensable canyons on the French side.
