-
If you have any of the symptoms of COVID-19, or if you are or have been in contact in the last 14 days with someone with COVID-19, please refrain from participating in the activity. Be responsible.
-
Please arrive punctual at the specified time to make it easier to manage the activity and avoid possible crowds.
-
Wash or disinfect your hands at the beginning and end of the activity and whenever possible during the activity, with soap and water or biodegradable disinfectant gel/spray. In particular, hands should be washed or disinfected after each close contact, before eating and drinking, before and after bathing.
-
Don’t try to communicate while sneezing or coughing. If you have to sneeze or cough, do so with a tissue or on the inside of your elbow.
-
If possible, it is recommended to leave everything you do not need in your accommodation.
-
Besides the specific materials for the activity, each participant must bring:
-
Two hygienic or surgical masks (preferably fabric or neoprene) to use in the moments indicated by the guide.

Plastic bags to store the mask when you can or should do without it.
-
Small bottle with biodegradable disinfectant gel/spray.

Groups/Reservations
-
It can only be reserved for natural groups.
-
A natural group is considered to be the set of people who maintain a close relationship in their daily life and share living spaces (family unit, people with whom share a home, couples …).
-
Different natural groups cannot be mixed in the same activity/reservation.
-
If the payment of the activity has been made in advance and you must cancel it for reasons related to Covid-19 (symptoms, development of the disease, quarantine …), you can choose between an alternative date or a full refund of the amount paid.
-
Likewise, if the company is forced to cancel the activity for safety reasons (bad weather, environmental conditions, big flows …) or due to symptoms compatible with Covid-19 by the guide.
During the activity
-
Avoid touching your mouth, nose, and eyes with hands.
-
Avoid putting the material in your mouth (to hold the rope, slings or cords with the mouth, etc.).
-
Follow the canyoning guide’s instructions at all times.
-
In canyoning activities, participants must assume that during the activity there may be times when it is not possible to maintain a safe distance, increasing the risk of contagion by COVID 19, since the use of masks is contraindicated in an aquatic environment. This is the main reason why we only work with natural groups.
